Once you submit the form, we'll get back to you within 24 hours with a quote. From there, we'll confirm the details — flowers, budget, delivery — and get started.

Bespoke orders require a minimum of 5 working days lead time. Every arrangement is created fresh, tailored to the person and the moment.

Fresh flowers are living things — a little attention goes a long way. Unwrap and place in clean water as soon as they arrive. Trim the stems at an angle before arranging, and refresh the water every couple of days. Keep them away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and fruit bowls (the ethylene speeds up wilting). Remove any stems as they fade to let the rest thrive. With the right care, your arrangement should last 3–5 days at their peak, sometimes longer.

We deliver 7 days a week across Hong Kong in two time slots: 11am–2pm or 2pm–7pm.
