If Something Arrives Wrong

If your arrangement arrives damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us at enquires@studioode.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the arrangement as received

We'll review every case individually. Where the issue is on our end, we'll offer a replacement arrangement or store credit at our discretion.

Cancellations & Rescheulde

  • Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled. Delivery can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date — non-refundable.
  • Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Flower Substitution

All flowers are subject to seasonal availability. We may substitute specific blooms with flowers of similar colour and equivalent value without prior notice. This is not grounds for a refund or cancellation. Please see our Terms of Service for full details.
