Shipping policy

We deliver 7 days a week across Hong Kong, including weekends and public holidays, unless otherwise notified. Orders are delivered in one of two time slots — choose your preferred window at checkout:

• Morning slot — 11am to 2pm
• Afternoon slot — 2pm to 7pm

Need a more specific delivery time? Contact us at enquiries@studioode.com and we'll do our best to accommodate.

• The Ode Edit — Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
• The Ode Bespoke — Orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance. For complex commissions, additional lead time may be required — we'll confirm this during your consultation.

Public holidays: We deliver on most Hong Kong public holidays. Please check with us during major festive periods such as Chinese New Year.

Hong Kong Island — HKD 120

A surcharge of HKD 600 applies to the following areas:

Lantau Island: Tung Chung, Discovery Bay
We do not deliver to: Cheung Chau, Lamma Island (Yung Shue Wan & Sok Kwu Wan), Peng Chau, Ma Wan

Prefer to pick up in person? Complimentary self-collection is available at our studio in Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong.

Collection follows the same time slots as delivery — choose your preferred window when placing your order:

• Morning slot — 11am to 2pm
• Afternoon slot — 2pm to 6pm

We'll have your arrangement ready and waiting.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Arrangements left unattended after a successful delivery are the recipient's responsibility.
• If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being present, a redelivery fee will apply.
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, traffic, or access restrictions.
• Risk in the arrangement passes to the recipient upon delivery.

Fresh flowers are perishable — we're unable to accept returns. However, we take great care to ensure every arrangement leaves our studio in perfect condition.

If your arrangement arrives damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us at enquiries@studioode.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the arrangement as received

We'll review every case individually. Where the issue is on our end, we'll offer a replacement arrangement or store credit at our discretion.

• Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled. Delivery can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date — non-refundable.
• Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.

All flowers are subject to seasonal availability. We may substitute specific blooms with flowers of similar colour and equivalent value without prior notice. This is not grounds for a refund or cancellation. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
