Studio Ode is a Hong Kong-based floral studio located in Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong. Through our online shop, we offer handcrafted floral arrangements under two product lines: The Ode Edit — our curated ready-to-order range — and The Ode Bespoke — our custom arrangement service.

By placing an order on studioode.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

The Ode Edit

The Ode Edit is our curated range of handcrafted bouquets, available in four sizes:

• Small — 30cm
• Medium — 35cm
• Large — 40cm
• Deluxe — 45cm

All arrangements are designed by our florists and reflect seasonal availability. Product images on the website are for reference only — the final arrangement may vary in flower variety while maintaining the overall colour palette and aesthetic. Please see Section 4 on our Flower Substitution Policy.

The Ode Bespoke

The Ode Bespoke is our fully custom arrangement service. Each piece is designed and crafted to your brief. A consultation may be required before your order is confirmed. Additional terms for bespoke orders are set out in Section 9.

All flowers are subject to seasonal and market availability. Where a specific bloom is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a flower of similar colour, shape, and equivalent value — without prior notice. We will always honour the spirit of your order and maintain its overall aesthetic and price point. Flower substitution is not grounds for cancellation or refund.

All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are inclusive of applicable charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We accept the following online payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing for bespoke commissions. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the website. If an order is placed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing and give you the option to confirm or cancel.

Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

We currently deliver within Hong Kong only.

Delivery areas, fees, and available time slots will be displayed at checkout. Please note the following:

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the address provided. We are not responsible for arrangements left unattended after a successful delivery.
• If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, inaccessible location, or no one being present to receive it, a redelivery fee may apply.
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather, traffic conditions, or public holidays.
• Risk in the arrangement passes to you upon delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we operate the following cancellation and refund policy:

• Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled. Delivery can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
• Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date are non-refundable.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If your arrangement arrives in poor condition, please contact us at enquiries@studioode.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement arrangement or store credit at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds for minor variations in arrangement style or for substitutions made in accordance with Section 4.

The following additional terms apply to all orders placed under The Ode Bespoke:

• A non-refundable full payment is required to confirm your bespoke order. Your order date will not be secured until the payment is received.
• Cancellations made after the deposit has been paid will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Flower substitutions may apply as set out in Section 4.
• Final arrangements may differ from mood boards, references, or initial consultation notes. We will apply our professional judgement to deliver the best possible result within your brief and budget.

Fresh flowers are perishable. Once delivery is made, proper care is the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend:

• Keeping arrangements in a cool environment, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and air conditioning vents.
• Changing the water every one to two days for bouquets in water.
• Trimming stems at an angle before placing in water.

Studio Ode is not responsible for the longevity of flowers after delivery.

Studio Ode reserves the right to photograph any arrangement we create — including bespoke commissions — for use in our portfolio, website, and social media channels. No personally identifying information will be shared. If you would prefer that your arrangement not be photographed or published, please let us know in writing at the time of ordering.

All content on studioode.com — including photography, copy, design, and branding — is the intellectual property of Studio Ode. You may not reproduce, republish, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, Studio Ode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
